Do everything you can do to improve your physical health. Make the lifestyle changes you need to make to feel better, stronger and more energetic.
If you need to change your EATING HABITS to include more FRUITS and VEGETABLES and LESS SUGAR and FAT, change them.
If you need to drink more WATER and fewer SOFT DRINKS, do so.
If you need to discipline yourself to SLEEP a certain number of hours each night, adjust your schedule to accommodate the sleep you need.
